Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect us, you or our audience.

Warranty and Returns Policy

1. Limited Warranty:

Repair Hub GC Pty Ltd trading as Phones R Us (“we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants that the phone, tablet, computer, laptop, PC, Mac, and other device repairs and servicing provided by Phones R Us will be performed with reasonable skill and care.

2. Scope of Warranty:

This warranty covers all screen replacements for a period of 12 months from the date of repair unless otherwise stated. Battery replacements 6 months and other warranty periods of other types of repairs vary and will be treated as a ‘per job’ period. No repairs or replacement parts used will exceed 12 months.

3. Exclusions from Warranty:

This warranty does not cover defects or issues arising from:

  • Improper use or misuse of the repaired device.
  • Modifications or alterations made to the device without our written consent.
  • Incompatibility with third-party software, hardware, or systems.
  • Physical and/or liquid damage including damage to any part of the device not related to the repaird/replaced part.
  • Devices that we repair/replace one or more parts that were previously liquid damaged.

4. 30-Day Returns Policy (Change of Mind – Accessories Only):

For accessories purchased from Phones R Us, we offer a 30-day returns policy for ‘change of mind.’ To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • All accessories must be included.
  • The customer must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Customer’s Obligations:

To be eligible for warranty service or returns, the customer must:

  • Notify us of any warranty claim or return request within the specified period.
  • Provide necessary information and documentation to support the warranty claim or return request.

6. Remedies:

In the event of a breach of warranty, Repair Hub GC Pty Ltd trading as Phones R Us will, at its discretion, either:

  • Repair or replace the defective services or device.
  • Provide a refund for the fees paid for the defective services.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Repair Hub GC Pty Ltd trading as Phones R Us shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services or device repairs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Uncollected items

Any device(s) left in our possestion (repaired or unrepaired) must be collected within 42 days. It is your responsability to follow up on the status of your device(s). Any device not collected after 42 days will be recycled without any notice.

9. Governing Law:

This warranty and returns policy is governed by the laws of Australia under the Australian Consumer Laws.

10. Changes to Warranty and Returns Policy:

Repair Hub GC Pty Ltd trading as Phones R Us reserves the right to modify or amend these warranty and returns terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Phones R Us website.
